ELECTRIC CONTROL OPTIONS

 


STANDARD ELECTRIC SYSTEM

 

  • 12 or 24 volt systems available

 

  • Standard electrics system consists of a motor reversing solonoid and cab mounted toggle switch for hold on control

 

  • Circuit breakers installed to prevent dead shorts and to help protect motor – auto reset

 

 

REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM

 

  • 12v or 24 volt systems available

 

  • Remote key fob plus toggle switch control on remote box.

 

  • Remote systems can fall subject to intermitant breaks in signal – not strongly recommended unless required for certain applications where operator needs to watch system clear the load.

 

 

 

 

 

AUTO-SWITCH

 

 

  • Auto-switch has been design and manufactured to auto-tarps specifications and requirements

 

  • One touch cab switch control – hard wired only

 

  • Fully adjustable amperage limit – tuned to every system – simple volume dial control

 

  • Ramp up feature to pass over the highest loads when required. Over-ride mode – switch between manual and auto-switch by switching plug on control box.

 

 

EXTRA OPTION: AUTO-TRIGGER

 

  • Tarp activation via pto or tailgate / suits lifting tailgates 19m stag’s etc.

 

  • Auto-switch helps extend the life of all electrical components including motor brushes from limiting the exposure of high amperage values for long durations when not required
