Mechanically driven cable system comprising of a one piece tarp with pockets, steel bows and plastic bow ends. Tarps are supported by profile bent bows designed to clear heaped loads, tarps generally do not touch the truck body’s load.
Systems are available in mesh, 90% PVC and 100% PVC models. Bows available in 250 Peak,300,400,500,600mm flat top. PVC tarps have fully welded pockets and side reinforcing. Flaps also have reinforcing for rear corners and hinges.
Mesh tarps are sewn using UV treated threads and high quality mesh sail cloth. PVC tarps run specially designed plastic bow end legs that allow tarp sides to slide up when tarp is retracted forward which helps reduce cable side wear.
Standard Mesh System
- Mesh systems are designed for load types that do not require any form of water-proof coverage.
- Load types such as Sand, soil, gravel, excavation materials, woodchip and other similar materials.
- Available in either tapered front or fixed front bow.

Standard 90% PVC System
- 90% Systems are designed for load types that require semi-waterproof coverage and heat retention and high level dust coverage.
- Load types such as Bitumen, contaminated excavation materials, Top soils and sands, Mulch and saw dust etc.
- The 90% panel system has 100mm side body cover plus a 4 rope rear flap complete with rubber rings and roll up ties.
- Available in either tapered front or fixed front bow.

Standard 100% PVC System
- 100% Systems are designed for load types that require waterproof coverage.
- Load types such as Grain and fertilizers etc.
- The 100% panel system has 100mm side body cover plus a 6 rope envelope flap complete with rubber rings and roll up ties.
- Available in either tapered front or fixed front bow.
